[Andrea DeTroyes]

"I might be a bit rusty...but let's try." Andrea nodded to herself and picked up the violin. After her warmup the next piece was much better.

She smiled and played the requested song, "Perhaps less so then I thought."

Finishing up, she set the bow back down. "Any other requests for the night?"

[Felicity]

"Not rusty at all. That was very good." Felicity compliments as she sat back up again after listening to it. Andrea had launched into it so quickly Felicity hadn't had a chance to say anything since Andrea began. She had particularly enjoyed it as it was one of her absolute favourites, but the time to mention it had passed.

Felicity gestured to the bed. "Mind if I lay down for a moment? Eehm... what about Violin Romance Number 2?"

[Andrea DeTroyes]

Andrea shrugs, "Fine with me, I am not much a psychiatrist."

"Beethoven yes?" She leaned back, "Hmm maybe. Give me a moment though." Andrea reaches into her desk and pulls out a stack of sheet music.

[Felicity]

The quip provoked a giggle from Felicity. "I'll spare you, don't worry." She jests back before carefully manoeuvring herself atop the bed, trying not to disturb it too much. She made sure to only use one side so it didn't seem like she was trying to take Andrea's room.

"Yea, go ahead. S'il vous plaît."

Laying on her front she watched Andrea root around for and fish out her sheet music.

"You're well prepared Andrea."

"I try to be," Andrea chuckled, finding the sheet she was looking for. "So where did you learn to play?"

Settling back and sitting the sheets out she waited for a response before playing.

[Felicity]

Felicity very slowly swayed her head left and right as she made a thoughtful noise. She was debating making something up. Her tail partially rose up, lifting the back of her hoodie, and her ears twitched once before she answered. "Lessons. From a private tutor. My parents were insistent."

[Andrea DeTroyes]

"I see, similar to my own experience then." Andrea started to play again, her eyes are drawn to the movement of the tail, "I had heard of such things, and seen something perhaps similar at NAIS...though purely for limb replacement. Mechanical or some sort of cloned tissue? It is remarkably life-like." Her questions slips in as she plays, her tone conveyed more genuine curiosity then actual judgment.

[Felicity]

It was a rare tone for a noble to have regarding such things. Felicity was grateful.

"It's mechanical underneath the fake fur, but there are sensors so I receive some sensation. If I focus on it I can move it around, otherwise it's subconscious."

Felicity stretched out on the bed with a sleepy smile.

"I haven't heard of any with cloned tissue, but probablt anything is possible, si?"

[Andrea DeTroyes]

"I see." Andrea continued to play, "The same with the ears then? As for cloned tissue...well its all beyond me really. You seem some neat stuff at NAIS, but I was at the military academy portion for the most of my time there."

"Canopus correct? Were you an entertainer once? A strange career move if true, though wilder tales have been spun."

[Felicity]

"Yes." Felicity chuckled a little. "Me too. I never did well with science."

She hummed in a positive way. "I traveled to Canopus Four from my home in the League. A bit of a gap year turned into a longer stay where I ended up as a musician as part of an entertainment troupe." She rubbed her face as she yawned softly. "I wouldn't call it a career move. I was a teenager. I wasn't really thinking ahead."
