Colette decided to make some cookies and make some snacks. She even made some prep work for the next day. Hungry souls could come for an evening snack.

Dr Reinhardt wondered through looking for coffee, only to find cookies, and was pleasantly surprised.

"Dr Ren! Nice to see you alive." She smiled. "What can I get you?"

"I came for Coffee, but I may stay for the cookies! How are you this evening Ms. Rupelle?"

"Pretty good" She smiled. "I'll make you an espresso. I'll be done in a few minutes."

"Thank you! Hey do you have any contacts with the locals?"

"Yes, I know a few. I was going tell mr Novak about ze brew I have stared." She kept her eye on the coffee machine. "I met a nice lady to whom I bought some beads and Mr Bates who I taught to make dolls out of myomer... That reminds me, have you seen mr Novak I have something interesting to show him."

"Not today, I am afraid, " He shakes his head, "I have some machine shop work we need done, and I was wondering if you might find some locals willing to do it, in exchange for compensation of course. There are some spare parts we need that we don't have on board." He takes a bite of a cookie, "These are really good"

"Monsieur Bates used to be a Scrapper so he might know a thing or two about other wiz such equipment." She nodded. "But I doubt I could get to town wiz ze conflict going on." She sighed. "Ah! Zank you! It is my grandmozer's recipe."

"I don't think anyone is in the town right now, my understanding is most of the refugees are in base camp, or in the various farmsteads."
