Dr Reinhardt carries a small flashlight as he begins wandering the dark hold trying to see if anyone might have misplaced some missing mech ordinance down here. He begins checking any unmarked boxes and other items, specifically looking for pallets that might hold a couple tones of LRM ordinance.

The hold was a surprisingly large, and also surprisingly cramped, space. It was also innacurate to describe it as a single room - rather, every bit of unused space around the outer hull of the dropship had been compartmentalized and then connected into a massive oval storage space, linked by pressure doors and given minimal life support, making the rooms astonishingly cold, especially as you traveled further from the core of the ship. There were, it seemed, two layers of rooms, creating a pair of rings, one inside the other, and some rooms added on, above and below, wherever there was space. Access for loading and unloading was offered by a pair of doors on opposite ends of the ship that opened to outside crane access when landed, and two matching doors on the interior that access freight elevators down to the hangar bays. Around these, most of the recent cargo was placed, though it still radiated outward into nearby compartments to keep paths cleared.
Complicating matters was the dawning reality that whoever was in charge of the hold was an evident hoarder, as dozens of crates could be found, half full, with unopened MREs, long-since drained power packs awaiting a recharge that seemed likely to never happen, and barrels half full of mech coolant that seem to have been left by prior passengers.
It would take a single man days to walk the entire space and check every single label, which meant the doctor would have to choose an area to focus on, either around one of the two doors, or perhaps deeper in the hold. The eastern loading bay, where he began, seemed to primarily be loaded with foodstuffs, perishables, and spare parts for dropship operation. There weren't any signs of ammunition here, for either mech or spacecraft.

The Doctor chooses to do a quick reconnoiter around each of the loading points, to see if the missing missiles are anywhere obvious, and to make a plan for a more in depth search the following day. He also makes a note to speak again to the Sarge, and to find out who ever is the ships cargo master.

Neither entry point seems to hold ammunition of any sort - the company equipment was stored in the mech bays, and the dropship's ammunition... if it had any... seemed to be stored elsewhere.
