"That's a good idea." Thomas agreed with a nod. "I'd offer to lend a hand, btu really i'd mostly just be in the way."

Which wasn't a lie, he shot things he didn't put em back together.

[Theodore Beker]

He laughed, "Fair enough. You know what all that noise was last night? You know some of us need our beauty sleep." He grinned.

[Thomas Moreno]

"Haven't heard much about it yet." Thomas admitted. "Heard the gun fire though, and from what I undersatnd there is a prisoner. Not that I have seen en myslef."

He nodded his head towards Felicity. "Maybe you have heard more, senorita?"

[Felicity]

"Just doing a check before some trips out later. It should be busy today."

Felicity approached her mech. She would have to climb a ladder to get onto a gantry to get to it. She was stowing her things when Thomas called out to her.

Looking back she lifts her hands and shakes her head. "I've not heard anything official. Just people talking. Someone broke the perimeter and one of our security died according to the chat, but I've not been able to confirm."

[Theodore Beker]

"Tch," Theo frowned, "That isn't good. So much for the 'friendly' locals. These APCs ought to have machine guns."

[Felicity]

"Yea. Not sure which locals, but some of them are clearly dangerous."

[Comstar]

The tracked APC, obviously incapable of emotion, still somehow looked wounded by the accusation. The twin SRM tubes on the turret certainly seemed dangerous enough...

The Hover APC, on the other hand, devoid of weapons, had no excuses for itself.

"Sounds like bad business." Thomas replied with a grimace. "Likely best if we don't go into town on our own because of it." Not that such was likely to stop anyone.

[Felicity]

Felicity began to wander over.

"At least until we know more, yea."

[Thomas Moreno]

"I suppose it helps that they don't take Cbills here, so there is very little reason to go into town." Unless they found something worth trading to the locals for coin.
