It's a mess (Day 1, EM, Mess)
Her first act when she'd finally been permitted to get up, along with the rest of the passengers, was to check the mech bay. Her baby was all fine. It felt like a miracle. The way they secured the mechs, armaments and what not had really held up to the test. She'd heard in there the chatter that they were lucky to be alive. Sure, she'd heard about going missing in misjumps, but dropship landings? Something had either gone weirdly wrong or, more likely, someone had really screwed up. Felicity guessed the latter.
All in all she was not best pleased.
However, none of that changed the fact she needed to eat. With a gloomy expression she'd collected some toast and buttered it. She didn't feel like more. Hope I don't throw up. It had been a battle to keep the contents of her stomach where they were during the landing, but even now it felt like there was an ongoing guerilla fight taking place. Rubbing her tummy, she pushed her tray along with the other hand. She added a cup of water before rubbing her tummy a bit more. The water was quickly downed and the cup topped up.
