Colette placed the Mason jars on a table and fetched some thermal blankets. She first went to Mr Bates and covered him up. "Now you'll be warm and comfy." She continued with the family. "Here you go this will keep you warm." Colette looked at Samuel and nodded. "Maybe you can help see who else needs a blanket."

Samuel nodded and hurried away.

George glanced up, smiling weakly. "I'm glad you aren't hurt miss... didn't want to think you'd be in trouble. That was a scary though. Remind me... a little bit of my girl...."

He seemed to be drifting off to sleep as the sedatives kicked in.
