They were old SLDF issue Flechette rifles. A model that hadn't seen much widespread adoption after the war. They were a relatively lethal item for room to room clearance and fighting in ship to ship boarding actions. Poor range and armor penetration disqualified them from field use, and the end of warship to warship combat had largely seen the market dwindle to nothing.

Still, a rifle sized platform which ripped plastic jagged sharks from the internal ammo block and used them to flay opposing infantry... quite lethal. Short ranged, but vicious.

"These are only good at short range, but they'll tear a body apart." he said, holding up a rifle.

[Thomas Moreno]

"Huh, fun times." He'd have to ask if he could keep it. Or at least buy it off of Alexi. "Maybe I'll take it out sometime and see what it can do."

He pointed to the last trunk. "Want to help me get this open?"

[Aloysius Jones]

"Absolutely." he nodded.

[Thomas Moreno]

"Thanks." Thomas offered the man some of the rags and wire brushed he had been using to remove the rust. Two hands would make quicker work of this then ozone certainly.

He moved quickly, not afraid to get his hands dirty.

After a few moments, the lightest of the three came open, and revealed a whole lot of padding.

As it was pulled away, it revealed thin glass case holding a tattered, battle scarred flag, fragile with age. It was stitched with a shooting star, the star league emblem only with a flaming tail - over a dark gray background. It looked like it had been shot with laser and projectile weapons, before it was stuck in here.

Anyone with military experience in the great houses would recognize it as a unit flag, though the unit was a mystery, likely long, long gone.

"Now this is really neat." Thomas offered staring at the battle flag. "Don't see these kinds of thing every day." He added backing away so the other man coukd see the flag.

[Aloysius Jones]

"Agreed. I wonder what the story behind it is." He studied it for a moment, committing the image of it to memory. "Clearly, someone wanted to perserve it."
