[Felicity]

Felicity thumped her seat before beginning to unstrap herself. "Yea. Real nail-biter." She huffs in annoyance, having hoped to do more. She was hot and sweaty by the end. The engine damage she'd taken only a short while before her cockpit was taken out had seen the pod heat up to a sauna.

Exiting the pod she sucks in air. Fanning herself with one hand she waved to Theodore. "Got another bottle?"

[Theodore Beker]

He tossed her a cold bottle of water. "I figured you'd need some so I put a few on ice during the first match. They should be good now."

He looked her over, "It looks like you worked up a major sweat there."

[Felicity]

"Ahhh! Yippy!" Felicity bounced about excitedly as she hurried to unscrew the top. She just dropped it and started chugging as soon as it was open. His assertion is met with a few nods as she keeps drinking.

"Thanks." She says finally, taking some deep breaths. She splashes some water over herself. It's cold enough to make her tremble, but it felt wonderful.

[Theodore Beker]

He readied another bottle as he watched her and chuckled. "I've got another but you you need to take this one slow. I don't need you fainting on me," he pushed a chair her way, "Take a seat and cool down."

[Felicity]

"I'm not some... weak flower... clear off." She waved him away. "I've been through worse." Leaning forward, she took a slightly stumbling step away from the pod. Fortunately, she soon had her feet as she strolled over to where she'd left her towel. She worked to slow her breathing as she dabbed herself off with it.

"I'd be fine if my engine hadn't been hit."

[Theodore Beker]

"True, that did make it into a cooker," he grinned, "Even with the double heat sinks. Most mechwarriors I've known just thought those settings existed on simulators as a training wheel mode. Feels good to work with them." He cracked open the bottle of water and took a drink.

[Felicity]

"It started a bit frosty." Felicity admits. She dabs at herself with the towel a bit more. She felt better now.

"So. Twelve. I took out a company of them. I would have got more without their lucky hits..." Her tail bristled for a moment. She began to stretch. "You owe me a dare, si?"

[Theodore Beker]

"Yeah, they got some fairly tight firing patterns," he scratched his nose, "And yes I do. We would have tied if you hadn't managed to get that last ppc shot off."

[Felicity]

"Don't be a sore loser." Felicity clapped her hands together. "It could have been gone a lot of ways, but I was closer. Or, after you suggested the dare, are you now chicken? I've not even said what it might be yet."

[Theodore Beker]

"No, it's not that. I had figured if you won you'd have more likely well cleared the number and I'd have had more time to accept it. I was not expecting it to be settled by a parting shot."

He grinned, "So what are you going to do with it?"
