Colette woke up early to bake bread and a finish the sausages using the fresh meat they had acquired the day before. The tiny chef also placed the coffee to brew adding a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg to the coffee blend. So the coffee has a peculiar flavor of a bit of spice.
