They seemed to be fairly complete. It looked like a design which barely slipped into the Heavy category at 60 tons, with a powerful engine, decent armor, and a mix of weapons suited to beating up on lighter mechs. There were two designs, which seemed to share a chassis, the only variation being found in weapon loadout and the accompanying configuration.
