She set down a glass, raising an eyebrow. "You want Miss Sugar over there's stout, or something with more kick?"

"...Yes." He looked up at the bartender.

That brought a smirk of suppressed laughter, and she filled a glass, passing it over.

"Start there, rugged, and I'll see what I can find you."

Turning, she checked to ensure drinks were topped off, and then headed toward her cellar.

Bruun smiles, brightened as always by Colette's positive energy.

"I gotta warn you, it's not a very big space up in there. It's gonna be, uh, cozy for me to show you around." If there was a hint of joking in that remark, he's quite serious when he adds, "You're not claustrophobic or afraid of heights, right?"

She giggled. "I can fit anywhere Bruun. I could seat on your lap so you can show me ze control systems." The girl chuckled.

Bruun closes his eyes a moment and swallows.

"Um, probably not in a mech, Colette. Unless you're, uh, really snuggling in," he says, looking both pleased and uncomfortable at the same time. "But we can, uh, work it out. There's," he swallows again. "There's enough space that you can fit."

Clearly needing water, the man drains his beer as the only option available.

"If I keep feeding you probably not." She joked and laughed. She then noted his distress and started to get concerned. "Are you okay Monsieur Bruun?"

"Just really starting to warm up," he says with a faux cough to buy time. "Let's, ah, let's just say that there'll always be room for you in my cockpit, Colette." In a fortunate moment, he manages to align a serious voice and a genuine smile.

She smiled. "If you want to cool down, we can go outside." She nodded. "I can keep you company... If you find it to cold we can share warmth staying closed togezer."
