Doctor Reinhardt makes sure to check out one of the Hover APC's to make a trip up to the Starport after dealing with the barn raising, having collected some people to come assist in a first recon of the area.

"Remember not to get too far ahead Doctor."

Felicity was keeping up in her mech, but even at a full run it couldn't match the hover APC at top speed.

"It's not much further. How is everyone?" She calls out over the comms they were all using.

Thomas was in the APC along with the doctor. He'd picked his Arnored EVO arnor for the outing as well as a standard rifle and his revolver. He'd packed a few other odds and ends as well, but decided to try and keep it light, at least for the time being. He had his head back and eyes closed as they made their way to the facility.

Karlotta... Brought a lot of things, really. Maps were good for travels. Communication was as well. As was medicine... And guns... And there she accepted that she would have to leave most of it on the car.

("Into peril" equipment as in signature)

She kept her eyes alert, contrasting Thomas. Half out of childlike curiosity, actually.

"Twenty cbills say we find people in here not ghosts." The young solider offered crackign his eyes open to look at the woman across from him.

"I bet someone has taken up residence and is doing something to scare off the locals."

Snorri had loaded the comm relay onto his Hussar and was currently pushing it to keep up with his wingman and then APC.

"See anything Fee?"

The Starport had no opinions on the subject, and loomed, silent and menacing, as they approached.

It was amazing how a structure could exist for so long and remain standing. Sometimes humanity was amazing.

Both destinations were large enough that they wouldn't be able to check both in a single trip.

"If I bet twenty as well, we will end up with a zero-sum. I bet it's a small group of people. Maybe the ones who shot us yesterday. Let me see what they think when they look at my face again and realize that I'm whole and at their door."

She smiles at the thought.

Okay. Going to assume everyone is fine.

Felicity focused on piloting as the site approached.

"Yea, that's it. Helps to have a taller mech. Should be visible to you now DJ."

She cleared her throat.

"APC - come in? Are we heading straight ahead for the control center or to those big hangars?"

"Well, someone is compensating for something shortstack" Snorri joked over the comm. They had yet to make a callsign for her, and the nickname wasn't the worst.

He turned to a wide range band. "Not to send a vote anywhere, but if you get a signal working from the tower, we should be able to relay it through the Huss."
