After a good hour there were not many bottles left! Felicity chatted to a few of the participants and spectators before putting up the standings. It only listed the top three for each category, but anyone listening to the chatter would get an idea of how everyone had done. Felicity, true to her word, then made sure winners received their C-Bills. A few had already departed, but she'd follow up later by leaving them an envelope with the bills shoved under their door, likely with a smiley face drawing.
It was no surprise that Yuri had aced the pistol category. His last shot would be talk of the Company for quite some time. Snorri had done particularly well too, earning himself some C-Bills and a long hug from Felicity. Colette had surprised with her showing, even beating out Bruun, which earned her a few cheers as Felicity handed her 10 C-Bills.
In the rifle category Felicity was quick to brag about her accuracy. However, the wandering soldier Kamaitachi had shown she could do damn well without really trying. That sort of thing merited some recognition. Bruun took a spot in this category, being both third place and the only other person who picked up the rifle. The empty bottles on the rifle range were some of the only ones left whole!
As the bonfire was about to be lit Felicity went to find Theodore to drag him to the range. It took the pair a good half hour to get the majority of smashed glass cleaned up, but at least they hadn't left a mess. "Thanks Theodore. Let me know when you want some proper lessons, ok?"
