Human Edge

Situation: As the mercenaries were out fighting a vicious battle to eradicate the forces of the Black Dragon, Lucretzia had taken the opportunity to ferry the Echo Company Mobile HQ building to the southern continent of Limbo. There, she gathered her team away from the fighting, calling a meeting around the slightly more cramped holotank in the vehicle, and pulling up their two leads. It was clear, at this point, that there weren't going to be exciting and dramatic breakthroughs on the two main leads they had found until after they did some boring legwork.

With that in mind, they needed to plan the most efficient ways to do that legwork.

Participants: Echo Exploration Company characters

Rules: This is a very simple event, in which each character will nominate a task as their primary focus. Each character should choose between either:

Lost in Limbo - The character can make a demolitions(defusal)/dexterity roll vs a TN of 20 to expedite the excavation of the SLDF fortress.

Ghost Signal - The character can make a navigation(land)/Perception roll vs a TN of 20 to expedite the triangulation of the Human Edge Observatory.

Results:

At the end of the event, the two research project work durations will be reduced based on the character's efforts and choices, which will impact which site becomes available for further investigation first.

Boring Demolitions w/ Edge: 7d10o10k3 20

Dr. Reinhardt while he is torn on which to investigate first, chooses to spend his time drawing up a way to defuse the minefield, since demolitions is one of his primary skillsets.

Colette looked at the pretty pictures getting distracted by the flora and the fauna instead of finding a path.
