There is a great deal of useless information, but an image of the purpose of the installation, along with its probably location are possible to decipher with extended study through the rest of the day. By nightfall, the analyst team at HQ have determined that the installation is a massive radio observatory tasked with scanning coreward space for signs of alien life, broadcasting greetings if anything is detected. A naive and foolishly endeavor, but one which, apparently, and impossibly has been successful, because a message has been triggered by the automated observatory systems - the same message that they now had a copy of, in need of unscrambling... From the messages, the team has also pinpointed the location of the facility, and Lucretzia has declared that there will be an expedition to the site tomorrow to see what else can be discovered.
Satellite Control System: This console grants access to multiple satellites, aligning them back into the network and allowing them to link with the base in Limbo - granting limited communications across the planet surface, along with reconnaissance information in limited locations when weather permits. Removes LOS blockers in [REDACTED] combat event.
Human Edge Observatory Broadcast Center: This console provides something that the company needed to resolve the issue of the ghost signal. The encryption key. Once applied, back at base, the message unscrambled, though it still didn't make a ton of sense, being brief, textual, and containing a single image.
