While everyone else is out having fun, Dr. Reinhardt is having a nice lazy morning drinking coffee on the bridge of the drop ship. The other dropship. He spends most of his time attempting to get the computer system up and running and see what secrets might be hiding in the on board archives. Captain's Logs, Flight paths, maps of the planet, Octavian would be happy with grocery receipts right now, as long as they were SLDF grocery receipts.

The ship was... pretty large. The bridge itself seemed to be functional. Any records weren't kept there.

Next step is to wander in the direction of the officer quarters, or a briefing room or CIC

James was with him. He figured he might be of some help. He left Mata on the ship where it would be safe.

"After we see if we can find any records in the ship's computer we will want to check the vehicle bays and cargo bay and see what else is on board"

James nods. "Is this the first time someone has come aboard?"

"I did a brief preflight check yesterday before we moved the ship, but we haven't had anyone do an inventory or full search yet, best i can tell it was prepped for launch during the Amaris assault on the planet almost 300 years ago, and the flight crew was killed in the ambush at the star port"

"Surprised it was left. A dropship is still a dropship." James took a drink from his coffee. "I have to admit, it is a bit exciting to be in such an old ship. One that hasn't been touched in so long." He thought about Mata. She thought it was exciting too, but there was no guarantee they wouldn't run into a patrol. It was safer for her to stay in the cabin until he got back.

The ship was outfitted somewhat unusually for a Fury. The interior was nicer than many standard models in use - and it looked like some cargo and troop carrying space had been converted to passenger bunk rooms.
The Captain's office hadn't been disturbed - but was unfortunately locked.
Otherwise, the ship showed all appearances of having been prepped, but never launched, allowing all the lights and ventilation fans to slowly burn out over centuries of operation, while the core systems remained intact. The ship would need a life support overhaul, and fresh light bulbs, but otherwise was largely intact - if markedly less useful for military purposes, thanks to the apparent civilian refit.

"This would make a great command vehicle for Echo Company, if we can get it up to snuff," He pauses at the locked door, "Tech you want to try your hand at this lock?"
