[Dr. Reinhardt]

"Additionally based on my research I have located another star league era facility on the east coast of this continent" He slides his research over to have her review.

[Lucretzia Winters]

She took the pad, expression thoughtful.

After reading, she set it down, and then inquired, "Your thoughts, Doctor?"

[Dr. Reinhardt]

"Assuming we have the bandwidth to do so, we should have someone scout the area I have circled, even if it is not the source of the signal, it may provide additional clues. There still may be more info at the starport but it will be difficult to get to. I wouldn't mind another expedition there, even if only to check out the hangers. But other then that I think this is our best bet. "

[Lucretzia Winters]

"I agree - and I'm increasingly convinced that Tartarus is not the source of the signal... increasingly I think the only valuable thing there are those auto-mines the pirates are squatting on. I strongly encourage you to start investigating to the east, or check those hangars. Your code system mentioned a shuttle on standby - perhaps something is still in operational condition in there."

She smiled faintly, "If we can get access to this 'Jacob's Redoubt', it might be a real treasure trove. Good work, Doctor - the team have dealt with these setbacks well - I'm certainly impressed."

[Dr. Reinhardt]

"Speaking of setbacks, Patrols discovered a crashed leopard, Professor Novak was able to identify useful parts of the engine that should be helpful in the Calico's repairs."

[Lucretzia Winters]

"Good. He may be a bit... different, but he knows his field."

With a nod, she added, "Tell me, Doctor... how do you feel about the trip so far? What's the mood among the company, in your eyes?"

[Dr. Reinhardt]

"I think most of Echo is highly glad to be doing our jobs, and finding so much of a rich tableau of things here. Security has been real good at keeping us out of harms way, or dealing with things as they pop up. Our security might be getting a little frustrated and feeling over worked. The big question right now is a race between what we can find and get out of here with versus this new group thats coming, and how much they are going to threaten those findings."

[Lucretzia Winters]

"Indeed... that was an infuriating breach of security."

With a scowl, Lucretzia glanced over her tablet. "I knew something would eventually leak, but I didn't think it would happen immediately."

[Dr. Reinhardt]

"They had to be following us on the same jump ship, which means they knew about it before we even left" He shrugs, "Do we think they are on their own, or part of a larger group?"

[Lucretzia Winters]

"Honestly, I don't know... I can't imagine they have many friends, but who can say for sure."

Lucretzia sighed. "Hard to imagine someone managed to pay off the Jump-ship captain, and also our sensor operator. I can only suppose he was the mole from the start. Maybe Ana was right, and I was a fool to trust any Drac..."
