She shrugs. No chickening out now, she took the glass. It was worst quality than Brunn's, but this was for ego now.
"You don't need to worry, Colette. Drinking moderatedly and all will be okay. This reunion is also for you to be."

"Miss Lilly and I have a collaboration." Colette nodded. "She was prepping to leave last evening so she probably did." Bruun offering to the people drinks. "Maybe I should have brought some snacks. If anyone wants somezing nice to eat afterwards, I can whip somezing up.

Snorri's stomach rumbled and he looked down with a look of betrayal.

"Heh...I couldn't really think of food at lunch"

[Andrea DeTroyes]

Andrea rubbed her head again as everyone spoke, "My condolences on the loss...it was a personal one yes?"

She glanced over to her Commando, "Hurts a bit more then losing a company owned mech."

[Karlotta Roth]

Karlotta wasn't paying all attention on the world to the side conversations. "Oh, did someone lose a personal mech? Did they leave it okay? I closed my med shift before lunch to show the civilians where they should stay..."

[Dorgan Bruun]

Bruun stands back from the impromptu bar for a minute, taking a drink from his own cup and surveying everyone. One Marik PPC wasn't going to make him unobservant even if he chugged it, but he took it extra slow anyway. Plus, he wasn't the only one keeping an eye on Snorri.

At a lull in the conversation, he pipes up, "Can we get kudos for Gillian Chow over here for her big kill? Taking down a Sentinel near the middle of town today, protecting the people who were fleeing in the Turhan." Bruun raises his cup, not technically offering a toast but giving the Cicada pilot a big shout out.

Bruun also notices Andrea rubbing her head again, and tries to catch her eye with a look asking, You alright?

Colette chuckled. "I really don't mind, Karlotta." She sipped her cocoa. "Interesting." As the vanilla caramel flavor have enhanced the drink. "I don't zink I should spoil your fun... I have not much to talk about."

[Andrea DeTroyes]

Andrea raises a brow at the weird look, "Lance Leader?"

She crosses her arms and settles her stare on him.

"Don't be like that, Colette. We like having you near, even if you don't talk much. You're a good person in the opinion of all involved." She nods with a slight smile, getting up from her crate to stand nearer Colette. Mostly because she wouldn't like to scream the conversation around the hangar.

[Gillian Chow]

Gillian ducked her head and shuffled her feet in embarrassment, but she smiled at the praise.

“Just trying to do my part for the team,” she said modestly. “Any of you would’ve done the same.” She smiled again. “Hopefully we’ll get to salvage some of the mechs there, when we get a chance.”

For the most part, Marik had been letting the conversation happen without interruption, listening to the crew interact for a good sense of space office talk.

"Mister Abs, how do you feel about that Davion PPC?" Bruun is genuinely interested in his opinion of the strong drink.

It's at this point, sheepishly, he remembers he toasted but didn't drink. In one smooth motion he downs the concoction, before a mix of confusion and nostalgia covers his face. Even this combination is one of enviable beauty.

"...This is just sand wine with bourbon."

His smile grew a little.

"Not that sand wine is bad, per se, but still."

As Bruun congratulated Chow on her achievement, he offered a congratulatory nod and smile.
