"Ahh, eehm, sorry. Jumped to conclusions. That makes you better than most men who like to gamble." Felicity grinned back. "I'll have to think about the dare. I'm sure I'll have some ideas after exploring the base more tomorrow."

[Theodore Beker]

He laughed, "Fair enough. Need to figure out what you have to work with before you go to work. I'd like to ask anything to do with braving the cold outside of it being restrained? That place is freezing."

[Felicity]

"I'm not looking to give you frostbite. Don't worry. It'll definitely be inside." Felicity was mischievous, but not cruel. She also hated the cold. She moved to pat his shoulder reassuringly. "So, any feedback on the Scorpion nest scenario?"

[Theodore Beker]

"Well, that is good to hear," he smiled, "As for feedback... you did pretty well. I mean my lowballing it was because I thought you might underestimate just how much fire the scenario sends downfield especially with even just a few of the missile models included. The double heat sinks did a pretty good job of handling all the jumping and firing the ER PPC which had been my concern with how you fought with Kiara."

He watched the replay that was going on the display, "Oh, yeah! That second hill where you got too close to that SRM boat. That seemed bad. Sandblasted a lot of armour off for sure."

[Felicity]

"I got a hit on its tracks at least. Slowed it down." Felicity tried to defend her action, but she slowly nods in acceptance that she ought to have kept more range. "Ok, so, stay away from SRM boats. That's worth reminding myself about."

[Theodore Beker]

"Yeah, slowing it down helped but the damage was done," he smiled, "Still, it is unlikely you'll have to face a swarm of Scorpions like that solo."

[Felicity]

"Gracias a Dios." Felicity intones solemnly. "I'd hate that. The nice thing about a lance is that you all support each other."

[Theodore Beker]

"I mean I could modify it to represent elements of that," he said looking at the screen, "This one can be used for lance versus a swarm training. I could make one with a fixed start to make it seem like you are the survivor of an ambush. Change deployments around a bit... add a trio of smoking wrecks of light mechs. Like a Locust, a Jenner and a Commando. Like a very bad day simulator."

[Felicity]

"That just sounds depressing. No thank you. I'd much rather try a simulation with my actual lance mates... if I could get all of them down to the simulator together. Our First Sergeant hasn't exactly been focused on team building and cohesion."

[Theodore Beker]

"Ah, well, I can't help with that," he shrugged, "Unless you want me to try and gather data for simulations of your lancemates."
