How do they respond?

It's honestly a bit mad. They don't do anything except make a note to investigate the signal more later, once they get the chance. There are far too many pressing matters inside the periphery to contend with - much less looking outside it.

Sit on it. If it's true, talking too much about it could cause serious problems and paint a target on the company - better to let events unfold without sticking themselves in harm's way.

Perhaps Comstar will know? They can submit the allegations to Comstar for review - perhaps they'll have a way to make contact and verify the rumors... they are former Star League as well, after all, and would be best suited for the job.

Tell one of the major powers. If one of the major powers can make contact, perhaps they can negotiate some sort of peace... or at least convince the various nations to prepare for what could be an impending attack. (Will lead to poll to pick which leader is approached)

Those who participated in recent events have gained knowledge indicating there may be SLDF survivors outside the periphery - either just a handful, or even perhaps a mighty army, if the Just Technicians mad theories are to be believed. How will Lucretzia and Yuri respond?

The choice has been made to reach out to one of the major powers - the question then becomes... how major... and who?
