"Yeah, that was a blow when I heard it. I had been thinking about seeing what they had in town. You know to see if they already have a thriving salvage industry," he put his hands on his head, "Instead they don't take c-bills of all things and they are shooting our guards."

[Thomas Moreno]

"Yeah, I mean if we could find some salvage we could likely trade for other things. Or coin at the very least."

Would want to make sure it wasn't dangerous though." So they couldn't be killed with it among other things.

[Felicity]

By now Felicity was standing with them. "Has anyone asked what they trade for? They might need really basic things. Or some technical know how, yea?"

[Thomas Moreno]

"I asked, but I think the manni asked misunderstood. I know the cook trade someone a few home cooked meals for something small." Other then that he didn't know too much though.

[Felicity]

"Something to investigate when there's time and need. We only just arrived, si? Better to let everyone warm up to each other first."

[Theodore Beker]

"Yeah, it is going to take a lot of home cooking to buy old mech parts, heck even old truck parts. We got any gold filigree cupcakes or that sort of nonsense? It might be easier to convince them it is worth a lot that way."

[Felicity]

"Maybe they don't know the mech parts they have are valuable? Actually, it's probably all busted and in need of repair anyway." Felicity glances up. "Maybe someone in command is good at negotiating prices." She hoped Nora was.

[Thomas Moreno]

"I suppose that will come up if we have something to trade." He didn't think they would though. "I know I'm not much good at all that though. So I'll leave it to someone else."

[Theodore Beker]

"We could probably fix some things once the ship... and mechs... and whatever salvage ops are done," he frowned, "Yeah, so I don't think we are getting much out of them."

[Felicity]

Felicity shrugged. "Maybe." She didn't know either way. "So, did you hear about our findings yesterday?" If they hadn't she gone on to tell them about the Comm relay building along the coast and the Star Port nearby.
