[Dorgan Bruun]

Bruun looks a little relieved. "So we'll all work on sticking together," he says, kind but firm.

"Fogel, what do you think? I don't know your service record. How do you think things went?" Bruun asks, open and curious.

"And you, Chow? Not like when we went through the sim together, eh?"

((OOC: assume Bruun prompts them in whatever order the players are available to post and just run with it.))

Andrea raises a brow again, crossed her arms and sat back. What ever was on her mind was hidden behind a neutral expression.

[Freja Fogel]

Freja shrugged. "I uh... I thought it went okay?"

She left out any expansion on her service record.

[Dorgan Bruun]

"Okay sounds about right," Bruun agrees. "Especially for our first time under fire together, and for it being an ambush too."

"And this lance's mechs came through pretty well," he says, conveniently ignoring that Blondie had taken serious hits to almost every area of her structure. Blondie's a lucky one, just like me.

"If fire team Chow and Fogel stick together, I like our odds even better in the next fight." He turns to smirk at Andrea. "And team Andrea and Bruun are gonna try doing the same. Like the major wanted."

[Andrea DeTroyes]

Andrea inclines her head in a slight gesture of acknowledgement. « Comme vous le souhaitez, mon commandant. »

[Gillian Chow]

"To be honest, I would've rather hit a flank too," Gillian said reluctantly. "I feel like charging straight through ended up getting us surrounded fast. But the call was to go forward, so I wanted to stay with the team."

She shrugged. "I guess it worked out, in the end."

[Dorgan Bruun]

Bruun chuckles. "Yeah, yeah, you're right. All of you. That fight was a mess. So learning from it ain't easy, maybe. But it gives us some knowledge we didn't have, like that Andrea knows how to kick a tank into a horseshoe, and we'll learn more from the next one."

[Andrea DeTroyes]

Andrea was a bit confused at the whole discussion by this point. She rubbed her head in thought, "Huh."

Bruun looks at the noble lady curiously. "More to add, Andrea? You didn't think I'd miss giving you credit for the kill, did you?" And see how I didn't call attention to that lesson in French as you fell on your butt?

"Still acclimatizing to the merc life after service in the AFFS." Andrea answered after a moment with a small shrug, "Command styles are very...different."
