"There's far too much data here to get everything." Aly sighed. "We know they were scanning and sending messages to coreward space. We also know a response was received. That's what we should focus on, all data concerning that message and the region it came from."

"If I understand correctly the goals we have mentioned so far are:

Finding out everything about the signal that brought us here, where it came from, any other information concerning it
Finding out everything we can about the equipment including the Hyper Pulse Generator and how it works
Full Video Documentation of the facility and surrounding environments.
All Files in the system in any way tied to the Director of the facility, or at a high priority flag
All Astronomical Data that the observatory might have picked up/documents

Ok, so let's slim it down to three initial tasks which happen at the same time.

--- Investigate signal source and communication

The message recorded by the station is a fascinating anomaly, and one which needs further study. In order to achieve this, the first things that must be accomplished are locating the original message source in the database, and then over-riding the automated search protocols to target the array back on that section of space. This has to happen before even attempting to study the actual communication equipment. This is a pair of rolls, performed three times, each successful completion better aligning the array to the signal source. These rolls can be split among different characters if desired - but any character doing this task cannot participate in the other two for this phase.

--- Download important astrological data

The station has downloaded an absurd amount of data - most of which simply cannot be copied over in the available time. Therefore, choosing the right data is going to be the most important part of backing up the information gathered here, followed by the somewhat boring task of attaching large storage disks to multiple consoles, gathering a fragment of data, and swapping them out until a cart has been filled with storage discs. This is a pair of rolls, performed three times, each successful completion capturing a portion of the useful data. These rolls can be split among different characters if desired - but any character doing this task cannot participate in the other two for this phase.

--- Video logging

There is a lot of ground to cover and not a lot of time. Successfully navigating the facility and recording it will require the following pair of rolls to be made three times - each one successful completion capturing a portion of the station. These rolls can be split among different characters if desired - but any character doing this task cannot participate in the other two for this phase.

Knowledge(architecture)/Intelligence vs a TN of 20 to quickly choose a path that passes through all the rooms in that section.
Perform(Vlog)/Awareness vs a TN of 25 to accurately explain what can be found in each section.

Doctor Reinhardt sets to trying to track the signal, after aligning the sensors and getting at least a partial lock he loses the bead and frowns, "Miss Winters, do you think you might help me with this, I know you are more experienced in Astro Navigation, I am more of a Land Nav guy."

Colette started to walk around the complex distracted by how well preserved it was and also what to cook for dinner. She continued to explain what she has been seeing so far. She noticed that the room she was filming was the showers, the girl giggled knowing that this was not one of importance. Colette finally remembered some of the papers she had read about the architecture of the place.

She headed to the one of the laboratories that probably would be of interest. She commented about how the people used to do things back in the day. The building structure to allow the air be recycled and maintain a nice temperature.

The last room she visited was quite hidden and most interesting of all.
