The running Quasit juked and turned, trying slipping away from the azure beam Snorri fired at it, and even managed to avoid most of the missiles from the Phoenix, though 1 did tag the torst (LT hit, 2 damage), in return it fired everything it had at the Hussar, the SRM spitting 4 missiles, two of which detonated on the Hussar, though the medium laser did miss... machine gun fire cracked armor plating, but didn't punch through (Hit RL+RA+CT, 2 damag each) Snorri was looking at major armor loss for a mech with almost no armor to begin with - but no structural damage yet.
Then both allied mechs tried to trip and kick away the militiamech, and both hit, the Hussar smashing armor on the right leg, and the Phoenix snapping the armor off the left, mangling the ankle joint (Hit RL+LL, 6+10 damage, lower leg critical) Against all odds, the militiamech staggered but remained standing. (Piloting roll to remain standing successful)
The shoddy construction of the militia mech meant this rough handling was putting serious pressure on the frame, and the right arm join gave out under the pressure, dropping the limb uselessly to the ground. (RA knocked off) Stumbling toward cover, the mech got ready for a final sprint away from the Dropship perimeter zone.
Coming in for a lower pass, the Shilone roared in toward the target, engines and angled thrusters roaring to keep the aircraft alight at strafing speeds.
