"I think Limbo is too far south and if we are to commend transport from the continent to continent zat will be lowering our resources. I zink we should be saving fuel." She pointed out. "Maybe monsieur is not good wiz people but allies are always better zan none. If the populous is in Asphodelle... We can find mutual benefit." She smiled politely "Mais non?"

Lucretzia tapped her chin, thoughtfully, and then said, simply. "We will land in Asphodel. There is a forested valley which can reach the main settlement within a few hours at a crisp pace overland, it will make a good base camp. From there, we can investigate the phantom signal and determine the disposition of the locals. Once we achieve that, we can either obtain transport, if there is any to be had, which would allow us swift access to other leads, should we need it."

Picking up her pad, she slid it into a small leather bag by the side of her chair, and added, in that same prim tone, "I appreciate your insights into this object in the south - it means we know for certain that we should investigate it before we leave, which is more than we knew before. Depending on how things go, we may end up there soon... and if not, we won't forget it on the way out. For now, I don't wish to draw attention to it, if the locals have not found it yet, I'd prefer it stay that way."
