Thomas didn't see a thing as far as batteries went. Not that he had been putting much into searchign anyways.

"New like the rest of you." Thomas replied glancing around the area. "I guess they figured they needed someone around who wasn't a pilot.

They didn't see any sort of mobile power supplies, but they did at least find a tiny booth near the exit with small myomer bundles - it didn't seem to get much traffic... the owner didn't even seem to be in right now.

Still, it was at least what someone would need if they wanted to make a tiny mech that walked.

There didn't seem to be anyone home.

"Seems you're out of luck, Miss." Cesar offered as he looked around the area. "Maybe check another stall? Find out when they are around?"

Mata shouted, "Hey, shopkeeper where are you?"

Still no sign.

There weren't even prices posted.

After a while, they realized there was someone behind the pile of junk.

Passed out.

Drunk.

A short man, with a wispy beard, gray stubble hair, and what seemed to be missing leg, judging from the large peg which took the place of his leg from the mid-thigh down. Dressed in messy plaid overalls and a stained white button up shirt, he was sprawled in a whicker rocking chair, secluded from sight.
