D3-EA - Crash of the Titans

[Dr. Reinhardt]

Reinhardt starts loading the crates while the other parts of the team handle the other areas. He doesn't bother sorting them or taking a full inventory, but he does read labels as he goes.

[Comstar]

The labels had completely and utterly faded, so they'd be impossible to check without opening.

[Dr. Reinhardt]

Deciding it might be important to know what he was stacking on what after all, Reinhardt went ahead and started checking the boxes having second guessed himself.

[Theodore Beker]

"Inventory here, doc? Alright," he gets out a marker from a pocket, "I can't say I am not interested what we got either."

[Comstar]

There was a quite a bit of stuff to sort through, but it looked like some replacement mech parts of various sorts, including some weapons, some of which were definitely lostech. Also some weird heat sinks and strangely light and thick armor plates. The only non-mech related items they found in the hangar were a set of armored Space suits of really incredible quality - fit for an orbital marine team.

[James Hall]

James makes it over the rest of the team. "System is dead. No surprise." He shakes his head. It's a little sad. Who knows what could be in there.

"Find anything interesting?"

[Dr. Reinhardt]

"Enough Lostech extra parts to build a frankenmech in addition to the 4 fully functional ones. " He smiles, "I think we call this one a win either way."

[James Hall]

James looks over the stuff, impressed. "I think the most amazing thing is the pirates never found it."

[Jan Novak]

Running on that feeling, Jan turned on analytical gears and started assessing the nature, structure, condition and utility of the drive.

[Comstar]

It was definitely in terrible condition, but some parts were still functional, and the craftsmanship was of a superior quality... it was made in a style like engines he remembered... he had studied this craftsmanship before.

A voice seemed to surface, speaking somewhere behind him.

"Charpak? You are giving yourselves names now? Bah. Your colleagues claim you earned it, yet your work is not yet done is..."

It was a voice he knew, but could not remember the name. It faded away, invective unfinished.
