There weren't any visible. They'd likely be hidden below roof panels or the like - the instrument panel was glowing with the lobby button only - perhaps the alert had changed the elevators to only go to the ground floor.

Reinhardt checks to see if he can get one of the other three elevator doors open, to take a look at one of the empty shafts.

The doors weren't interested in opening under their own power, at least.

She tried to force the bar on the ceiling panels, pushing the border of the ceiling down — whilst staying not under it, prefferentially.

Felicity scrambled to reply. She had been daydreaming somewhat.

"Eehm, yea. Can do. Moving to look at the structure now. Where did you want the hole? What floor and whereabouts?"

She would ask for instructions carefully, letting Thomas guide her, but she didn't punch just yet.

"Let me know if you need me to, but your plan to go up in the elevator sounds good to me."

Just in case, she also looked to see if there were any windows in the secure part of the second floor or any on the locked top floor. If there were, she might be able to lift someone to them.

After a bit of prying and pulling, the ceiling tile's came down, and the hatch was easy to open.

The shaft was unexpected... no cables, just a set of cogged teeth on the outside which the elevator connected to. That meant climbing up would be difficult, to say the least.

Alternatively, they could try riding the elevator... if they could just remove the lockout on the panel.

(Craft(Electronics)/intelligence TN 15 to disengage alarm lockout, or Athletics(climbing)/Stamina vs TN 30 to climb to the top and get a door open)

"Might be best to try an ride it." Thomas offered after looking up the shaft. "No way all of us are going to be able to make that climb." He doubted he could even.

"Think that can be done?" He asked looking towards the tech crowd.

Flicking his comm on he spoke to Felicity. "It'd be the second floor, I'll get you better directions in a bit. We're trying something new. But it does look like something you can get through without knocking the whole thing down?"
