He sat at his table, watching those gathered in the kitchen. He was curious about what they were making, but he had food and it was probably best not to crowd around a hot griddle.

[Colette Rupelle]

"It is a pleasure to meet you. Yes, my name is Colette Rupelle you entertainer this evening and teacher." She giggled. "Today we are going to make carne a caballo. A steak topped with a sunny side up egg."

[Felicity]

Felicity pumped her right fist. "Great. My steak could use some work too." Felicity was the type to just turn the heat up and sear a steak on each side, hoping for the best.

"I am eager to learn."

He offers a bow to... he wanted to say Shay Colette? Is that was she called herself?

Shay was an interesting first name.

[Aloysius Jones]

Steak sounded better than what was on his tray. The stew wasn't bad, but Aly preferred something with more meat.

"If you have any extra, I'd like a taste of your cooking." he called out.

[Felicity]

"That man knows where it's at. Sly." She flashed him a grin.

"I'm Felicity. What's your name Mister Suit?"

[Aloysius Jones]

"Aloysius Jones, but Aly is fine." he replied.

[Colette Rupelle]

Colette started by drying the meat and sprinkled it with salt, pepper and a bit of garlic and onion powder. "We start by seasoning our steak. Nozing fancy just salt, pepper, garlic and onion." She smiled. "What term would you like your steak Monsieur Marique?"

[Felicity]

"Eehm, anything I can do to help?"

Felicity had washed her hands and was waiting nearby. She was watching, as she wanted to learn, but she didn't know what Colette had planned.

She looked at Felicity. "You should crack open ze egg and sat to cook it Fee." She giggled
