"I got a petition from one of the scientists of my group. And I need some brewing equipment to make my own stout." She looked at the peg leg that is probably worn out. She pursed her lips as she analyzed what she could use for making him at least a new peg leg since Colette is not really that tech savvy. "Will she be willing to help me wiz zat?"

"Eh... she's got that big ol brewery. Half the place isn't in use. I bet she'd have something to sell, but she doesn't do free gifts, and she isn't about to take a week of dinners either."

He tapped the side of his nose. "She's shrewd, Lily, and cutthroat. Like her mother."

"Maybe I can trade somezing." She started measuring the man. "Maybe become partners in business. I really don't know." Shebshook her head. "Can you help me Monsieur zink of somezing?"

[Comstar]

"I'll think... not sure I've got as many good ideas as you do, young miss."

He picked up the strands of myomer and got back to weaving them together.

"I had an idea though, for dolls... maybe if you got some cloth and used those skills of yours, you could make little mech dolls that can move."

Colette smiled and wondered about what the man just said. Could she weave the myomer into a cloth or something like a cloth? "Hummmmmm, peut être, Ze only way is trying." She took some strands and started to try and weave them "~Over... under...over... under zis is how we work...Over...under... let's hope zis is a cloth!~" She sang.

It didn't seem to be particularly efficient, but it was coming together like one. "Well, I more meant if you got some batteries you could make little toy mechs and they could wave their little arms."

He observed thoughtfully, "Though this is mighty interestin too... I do gotta wonder what kinda mess it'd make if you gave it an ol electric jolt though."

Colette giggled. "Might just flop up and down. Where could I get an energy source small enough for zem?"

[Comstar]

"I'm not sure, you'd have to look around. Depends who has em, but people are always digging ammo cells for laser rifles up, and those are pretty powerful and last a while."

The man nodded thoughtfully. "Course, might want to give that cloth idea of yours a zap and see what it does, just in case."

[Colette Rupelle]

"I don't zink i want to do zat in ze rain... um... might be dangerous." She looked at Thomas who is escorting her this hour. "I don't zink he will be very pleased if I get hurt." She whispered to the man and giggled.

"Oh, you're right there. Is it rainin? I don't get out much."

The man shrugged. He also must have been somewhat deaf, to not hear the rain.
