Operation Market Garden (Day 4 LA Bizarre)

[Felicity]

Felicity turned a bit pale as she pictured someone's ribcage snapping open down the middle like in some gory horror film. "G-great that it all worked out Karlotta. Yea, you did good." I need to change topic.

[Dorgan Bruun]

Bruun conveniently responds at just that time, having been ignoring Karlotta as he watched the market tables.

"I owe Snorri some liquor. Had to raid his stash the other day. For something important." Bruun huffs a little. "I guess we're lucky we got local currency when we did and not any later... At least I won't have to stay in debt to Snorri," he says scornfully.

[Felicity]

"Really? He seems pretty easy going." Felicity latched on to the new topic!

[Andrea DeTroyes]

Joining in the little market expedition, Andrea was wearing her padded jacket and tucked into a shoulder holster inside it...a revolver. She had not had the chance to come to town yet, but with its impending doom possible...now seemed as good as any to check the place out.

For now she followed the others, trying to decide if mech parts or luxury goods were the more important purchases.

"Really? He seems pretty easy going." Felicity latched on to the new topic!

"Stealing liquor is a capital offense." Mata injected her own two cents from their time among the pirate crew.

James looks to see if he can find a stuffed toy like she wanted. He wondered if he was being too soft to her. But regardless, he looked.

[Dorgan Bruun]

Bruun looks slightly uncomfortable, although it's not clear if it's because of a certain person in their merry band, or his being scolded by an eight year old.

"Mata my dear, you're quite right. Stealing is terrible. But Snorri is my friend, so he knew if I borrowed something, I'd be sure to replace it, just like I'm doing." He smiles at the kid, so apparently that wasn't his issue.

To Felicity he adds: "Sure, easygoing, but also a bit touchy about liquor. He also didn't really agree with how important it was."

[Thomas Moreno]

"Chest wounds are bad." Thomas confirmed with a nod. "Anything that can hit your soft inside bits really." He apparently didn't have the same problem with the conversation as Felicity.

He looked around the area. "I don't figure they will have much in the way of guns here might like to see if they have any ammo though."

"It was different with the pirates. There was no borrowing. Only taking." She gave a surprisingly sinister laugh. But then, she smiled sweetly, "I am glad I am here though. Everyone is so much nicer. You do not even kill each other. It is nice."

James made a mental to make sure Mata knows to ask before borrowing later.

[Felicity]

Felicity was still on the hunt for mech parts. She particularly wanted to see if they had any weapons.

"Hey, James, if I find some parts or weapons can you look them over and tell me if they work? Eehm, or if they can be fixed? I don't want to get tricked."

James nods. "Of course. Just let me know what you are looking at, Mechwarrior Felicity."
