Operation Market Garden (Day 4 LA Bizarre)

"Mainly, I came here for Mata. She was looking for a plush toy. It was something she could never get while we were captives of the pirates. And I didn't want to spend any money that wasn't necessary when we were freed since I didn't have a job."

He looked over and saw the exchange. "Looks like she found one. Well, I was also going to look for a neurohat if we had the time. See if I can get the merchant walking again."

"A plush toy? That's great. She looks pleased with herself." Felicity started moving over to where Mata and Colette were, getting a better looking at the plushie in the process. "A neurohelmet? Good luck. You may well just find one here, si? I can help you look, or I could get something for Mata. I owe you after all." She points out cheerfully. "What would you prefer?"

[Karlotta Roth]

"Oh? I need someone to practice the up close stuff with, maybe you'll join me sometime?" He asked raising an eyebrow. "Though I use a bayonet or a baton and not so much a sword. Not running out of ammo gas its uses, and guns can do a lot to damage your surroundings."

He turned the to Karlotta. "Im not sure I'd call it attracted." Thomas replied with a wink. "Unless it sounds a lot less like metal squealing and a lot more like something seductive."

"You don't want to ask the medic responsible for you out, trust me." She replies tilting her head back. "Personal drama and you can't trust the doctor anymore. So unfair that we only got one in the ship, though."

[Andrea DeTroyes]

"I might take you up on the offer sometime," Andrea nodded, "My sword skills are getting rusty."

She laughed at Thomas and Karlotta's banter. Remembering the conversation two days ago.

"I know better to argue with them either." Thomas added with a smirk, his eyes looking towards Bronn for a moment. This was meant for him as well as Karlotta. "My parts aren't as easily replaced as a mech's and im.not really sure if we have as much blood on hand as oil either."

His smile turned playful, and he offered the woman a wink. "I'll remember you're interested though if things change."

The soldiers eyes shifted to Andrea. "Seems i have a reason to drag you out of your mech sometime other then shopping then. Maybe after we get past all this mess?"

"It is your choice. Though you owe me nothing. I was merely doing my job. But I am not looking for a neurohelmet exactly. I am looking for I one that could be used for a prosthetic. I was talking to the merchant Mata is at the other day and it got me wondering if I could make one."

[Felicity]

"You're always taking care of the Company mechs. I'll always owe you and Theodore for looking after my Kiara." Felicity points out with a big grin. "And okay, I'll keep an eye out. Let's see..."

She would begin to look around. However, they weren't as easy to find as mech parts.

As the conversation faded, Thomas moved to look over the guns and ammo. May as well get what he was looking for here, at least if they had it.

Felicity saw no such items.

In time she would return to James to let him know she hadn't had any luck.

She'd been so busy searching she hadn't looked for any neat guns. Maybe next time?

Felicity walked over to Andrea to see what she was seeking out. "Any luck Andrea?"

Andrea blinked and then rubbed her head, "No not really. But then again I was not expecting too much in terms of mech parts at a backwater market."

She chuckled, "I mean...it still is a little impressive."

To Thomas she gives a nod, "After the main event, you are squishier then me...stay alive and whole out there." Her words tone was serious, making sure he knew it was no jest on her part.
