Fur Raising Questions [D4 LE] (Felicity)

[Snorri Tycho]

"A date you set up." Snorri reminds her. His tone has no reproval. "So if you don't care, and have no interest, then why would it bother you?" He tries to not look a little smug. "Like I said, I don't need an answer. I'm not falling head over heels for her"

"My goal is to just get out alive with my Hussar mostly intact. I won't be shocked if there's multiple days to go on it"

[Felicity]

"You make it sound like I didn't leave you a choice." Felicity counters with amusement. "As for the rest..." She pursed her lips. "I don't like coming in second or third."

She sighs and huddles down as Snorri brought up the possibility of prolonged fighting. "The fighting could last weeks, si. It depends how stupid they are. The smarter they are the longer it will take, and the worse our odds probably become."

[Snorri Tycho]

"What I'm hearing out of this" Snorri counters "Is that you want in on the race" He nudges his hip against her again.

"One day at a time Fee. One day at a time"

[Felicity]

She nibbled her lower lip, mulling it over. Finally she nudges him back. "I'm weighing my options."

[Snorri Tycho]

"Was that a shot at my weight Tjej?" Snorri teases, enjoying the body heat of his partner, lasping back to Sweedish on the last word. "I'm pretty skinny. I might be skinner than you, but you have all that badass to carry~"

[Felicity]

"That was very tactful." She paused. "For you."

Felicity was quite warm and comfy. It was making her sleepy. In the back of her mind she knew she'd need to call it a night soon. Besides, she'd had quite the busy couple of days since they landed, and the next time was going to be very intense.

"So. What are your favourite mechs and what do you hate fighting? Just so I know."

[Snorri Tycho]

"The trick is getting graded on a curve" He smugly replies.

"For me...I would say snipers. Those are the ones on my "to kill fast" list. Brawlers, I can run around all day. My Hussar can keep up and duel recon machines just fine. But Snipers...all it takes is one lucky shot"

[Felicity]

"So, something like my Kiara would be a pain for you?" She sounded kind of smug. "Good to know. What about mechs you like?" She planned to head off right after this, but she was curious.

[Snorri Tycho]

Sorrri thinks about it. "The ones that come home and bring everyone else home too. I mean, don't get me wrong, I have a great deal of fondness for the Husssar, but when I was picking it, it was because it was the fastest thing I could get my hands on to get away. I wasn't thinking about a full career. I like to stick with Lights, because they tend to be better about not getting hit, but man, I could use a bit more armor."

"What about you. What made you pick" Snorri struggles for a moment to recall the name. "Kiara"

[Felicity]

Felicity made a happy humming noise as Snorri asked about her mech. "I inherited Kiara. Long story. However, after I graduated she and I have been together non-stop. She's just a really solid and reliable mech. Good armour, good movement, good range. Some more secondary weapons systems would be nice, but I can't complain too much." She leans away to roll her shoulders and to stretch her arms up above her head. "I love my Kiara and she loves me. She's definitely your rival." Felicity adds with a chuckle.

Her tone turned teasing. "And you might be tall, but she's bigger~"
