They'd share a cabin - the ship isn't overloaded so there's room for her to get her own bunk.

Is there a cargo master/quarter master on board the Calico for the ship? If I asked around who would I be sent to?

The crew isn't huge, so you'd get directed to the crew chief - he handles all cargo, fueling, record keeping, maintenance logging, enginge operations... he's a busy guy.
