"A Oh E?" Felicity didn't follow, but she was enjoying the battle. "That attack was really good."

[Theodore Beker]

"Area of effect. Like artillery sort of? It hits a broad area, generally the enemy side of the battlefield," he grinned, "And yes it is. Figario has one but that was it for my crew."

Let's see what Steal can do," he said as Ember laughed again before dashing forward to appear behind the target, a weird noise played and she flicked back to her spot, "Not bad. I got 100 gilder. Um, the money in the game. That is enough to buy a potion."

[Felicity]

"Ah! Okay, I see."

She drums her elbows enthusiastically as the battle continues.

"That's something. But can't you just take the money after defeating them? Or can they run away?" Stealing during a fight didn't make sense to Felicity.

[Theodore Beker]

"Some enemies run away. It is rel- Oh! Of course the pirats run!" he laughed as he started having all the team attack in an effort to clear the pirats before more ran, "Anyways there is normally money and such after the fight. I think Steal gives you another swing at the drop table. At least that is the way it works in previous games. Some monsters get a Steal only rare item."

[Felicity]

"So... it's like taking parts for salvage while they're alive, cause otherwise the part gets too damaged when they're dead?" Felicity tries to relate the game's logic to what she knew.

She points to the pirates on the screen. "Smash up the last two Theodore. Don't let them get away."

[Theodore Beker]

Yasmine jumped across the screen performing an axe-kick on one of the pirats while Margoth slashed the other. Both monsters flashed red and vanished before the victory music played, "There we go. Um, sort of? It is more like... you know what? Close enough."

[Felicity]

"N-no, go on. I'm interested." Felicity replies, turning to look at him.

[Theodore Beker]

"Alright, um, well, some of it likely is like that if it is a weapon or item or the like otherwise it is more like extra thorough looking?" he tilted his head, "Or just increasing your luck?"

[Felicity]

"Ok." Felicity nods and goes back to watching the game. She did shift a little closer to Theodore in the process. "So, if this pirate cat lady stays with you, what'll you do then?"

[Theodore Beker]

"Probably level her up and use her. She seems pretty useful. My only complaint is her low health," he continued roaming the seas on the world map, "I'm not certain what she'll promote into maybe Buccaneer or something?"
