[Andrea DeTroyes]

"It still interfaces with your body as you grew?" Andrea raised a brow as the playing continued, "Will they have to replace it or remove it a some point? Maintenance?"

Her eyes dropped to the sheet music for a moment, memorizing the next few bars. "From the League to Canopus? Mercenary brat?"

[Felicity]

"It needed a little adjusting, but it was my late teens so..." Felicity shrugged slightly from where she laid. "It might need some maintenance. Guess I should ask. It can be removed, but it would need someone who knew what they were doing."

"Eehm, not really. I went to sightsee." Felicity shuffled about a little on the bed. "What classics are your favourites?"

[Andrea DeTroyes]

"Ancient classics? I like a lot of Erik Satie," Andrea finishes the piece, "His was the first I played. Gymnopédie No.1"

"I also enjoy some of the classic style pieces coming out of the New Avalon and Tharkad composer scene. Saw a few live on New Avalon when I was studying there."

She taps Felicity on the head with her bow, « Et toi, mademoiselle ? »

[Felicity]

Her cat ears flicked back for a moment as she instinctively ducked down. She nuzzled into her forearms for a moment before replying. "I like Wagner, Beethoven and Brahms. Most anything by them really. With an orchestra of course. For the violin... the Mystery Sonatas. It's just a shame they are so fiendish to play, si?"

[Andrea DeTroyes]

"Some of those ancient pieces are truly meant to torture the player." Andrea chuckled and began to play again, another slow piece. "I remember a fellow cadet coming back from piano practice looking like he had ran a 100 kilometers."

"So you went to Canopus as a teenager and came back with cat ears and tail." She teased, "But more importantly perhaps with a bit more understanding of yourself?"

[Felicity]

"Just a pinch more." Is her response, her own tone a little teasing. Self teasing maybe?

[Andrea DeTroyes]

"A pinch?" Andrea chuckles, "So pretty set with yourself when you went on your trip?"

The music continues, "A strange course of events to be sure. But I always heard Leaguerers could be an odd lot." She teased.

[Felicity]

"No, but..." She pouts and looked directly at Andrea. "You seem pretty set with yourself mademoiselle." There is a slight curve to the corner of her lip.

At the teasing she rolled onto her side and got up. "You're asking a lot of questions. Are all Federated Suns nobles so nosy?" She casually walked over, her tail swishing about. She stops in front of Andrea with a strange little smile. "Should I be asking you a bunch of questions. Why did you join up with us after what must have been quite the pampered life, si? You have a pretty face. You could have done very well for yourself in politics or lived a luxurious life with the right marriage." If Andrea didn't swat her hand away she would stroke the noblewoman's cheek. "You're younger than me with a lot more to prove. I can tell that now."

Andrea blinked at the sudden turn and her eyes widened at the sudden contact. She gently pushes the hand back with her bow, but it is clear that the normally unflappable noble was hiding embarrassment. « Je suis un noble d'épée. Le combat est ma vie. Je ne pense pas la vie facile est mon avenir. Mademoiselle. » She smiles and seems to realize she had been speaking French. "My family was not even looking for a political marriage for me. Ours is a warrior family."

She chuckles nervously, "I mean...I did live in an estate that was big enough to have a mech bay...and a garden...and retainers...but there was always an understanding that this all came with the responsibility of getting a mech and killing the enemies of Davion."

[Felicity]

The French she largely didn't understand. She moved her hand back when it was nudged by Andrea's bow. She hadn't picked up on the embarrassment. At least, not yet.

"That's impressive. It sounds nice. Yours is a useful family with a clear purpose." She replied, meaning the compliment.

Her smile turned to a grin at the mention of Andrea's estate. "That's pretty cool. So, how come you're here instead of continuing to serve with the AFFS? Continuing to kill Davison's enemies, hmm?" She asked, moving around behind Andrea and reaching for her shoulders to give them a massage. "You've asked me a lot of questions so this is only fair."
