Collette, I would say go ahead and do the Electronics thing at TN 15 for the Physics Console, and then when you have done so, Jan Can do the Physics roll for it.

Do we Know if Theo is able to do the event or if Thomas/Ben/ Any of the Mech Pilots has good Electronics or Computers?
