[LE Day 15] What are Partner's For

[Snorri Tycho]

Snorri waits, his back against the wall. The area is still one of the few relatively private spots in the ship, so he had asked Fee to join him. He drums his fingers nervously against the metal.

[Felicity]

Felicity headed to the top decks after getting Snorri's message. She was dressed warm, with her skirt and hoodie along with some thick socks. Since that morning exploring the SLDF base she had felt chilly.

"Hey, I got your message. What's happening?" She calls out, lifting her right hand to give Snorri a wave as she walked over.

[Snorri Tycho]

"Look, it isn't a big deal or anything, so sorry if I made you nervous. It's just something that you said a while back. I really don't know you too well. And yeah, I don't need to know everything about you to be your wing, but...I kinda want to." Snorri pushes back against the wall.

"While I don't know everything, I figure that a decent first step is to try to show that I've been paying attention"

Snorri slides out a package, roughly and not-terribly-prettily wrapped in brown packing paper and pulls it across the floor. "You talked about losing a lot, so I figured I'd try to get something back for you"

[Felicity]

"Pues, I'm glad it's not bad news or anything major, si?" She stopped nearby with a grin. "You are persistent. A woman has to have a few secrets." Felicity points out with amusement.

She observes him as he mentions paying attention before sliding out a package. She gives him a quizzical look as he moves it her way. "Ah? Eehm, ok. A present?" Her expression turned curious as her tail began gently swaying left and right. "Should I open it now, or later?"

[Snorri Tycho]

"Now is good. And don't worry, the secrets are kind of hot~"

[Felicity]

This has better not be lingerie. Felicity chuckles to herself as she shakes her head, not understanding his comment. "You're enjoying this." A wry smile graces her lips. "Ok. Let's see..."

Felicity lifts the package to test the weight. She also gives it a little shake near her cat ears. Only then does she begin opening it properly.

[Snorri Tycho]

Inside is a placard of metal. It appears to have been sheared off of something thicker, either with a blowtorch or an angle grinder, with the edges sanded down smooth.

On the metal is the insignia of the Fortunate One's with the familiar hue of Kiara's paint color underneath

"Sorry, I'm not much of an artist, so I had to take your work and try to not screw it up too bad. They had some of the armor scrapped, and I recognized your paint job and well...I wanted to try to get you back of piece of her"

[Felicity]

For a little while she just held it. Then she slipped it under her left arm so she could give Snorri a big hug.

"Thank you. This is really nice. I found a scrap of Kiara, but this is much better. Something... Something to really remember her by."

She reached up to wipe her eyes.

"Thank you."

[Snorri Tycho]

Snorri hugs her back, grinning "I'm glad you like it. I could see that you changed after losing her. I wanted to help get my wing back to being so damn badass"

[Felicity]

"... Falling in that last fight was pretty embarrassing." Fee admits, tucking into his chest to hide her face. "Don't remind me."
