[Felicity]

She felt like slapping her face. "I thought we were talking about the Locust. Yea, scrap that busted thing."

Felicity waggled a finger at him. "And you didn't even notice my pretty birdy hadn't returned."

[Theodore Beker]

He laughed, "Yeah, so anyways. Humpty Dumpty is as busted a mech as I really want to put back together."

[Felicity]

"Good luck with the Major's Grand Dragon then." It had returned the day before without arms.

[Theodore Beker]

"Oh, yeah. Ol' Humpty started with maybe one strip of salvageable armour, broken heats sinks, broken life support, no left arm or torso, and a left leg that had clearly been dragged in with it. The Dragon is fine for a long term work project," he waved it off.

[Felicity]

"NOW I get it. Yea, he was a mess. I remember seeing the broken torso in the side of the mechbays and thinking it was a complete wreck. You did amazing work getting it back into fighting shape Theodore. You really know your stuff. You also put in long hours." So she had noticed.

[Theodore Beker]

"Heh, don't make too much of it. I'm just doing my job," he grinned, "That said displays of appreciation are always nice."

[Felicity]

"I get you coffee when you ask." She smiled teasingly at him.

"What else do you want?"

[Theodore Beker]

He laughed, "Oh, I could think of some things. Mostly in case downtime ever happens. "

[Felicity]

Felicity rolled her hand in the air. A gesture for him to go on.

"You know, cover some drinks maybe," he smiled, "More if you want."
