Squints Wait. Are we taking cold damage because it is 0 degrees Celsius? While we are in overcoats? ...and it is quite possible to take a whole wound level of damage from it in even in a hazardous environment suit?

Do we regularly lose brave cook's assistants to the blight of the walk in freezer?

You are taking damage if outside in the snow in the wind for multiple hours on end without protective equipment. I didn't split it up by time zone from day/night because there is a lot of crap to track, but I suppose I could make that distinction.

And mainly it's a matter of time. I can go out in snow in shorts for 30 minutes, but 3 hours starts to get a bit nippy.
